- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon curry powder

- 3 garlic cloves, minced

- Rinse and dice fresh tomatoes nicely into cubes. Chop onions, peppers nicely and set aside in different bowls.
- Place a pan on heat, add -cup of peanut oil to it and let it get hot for few minutes.
- Add the onions and minced garlic to it, fry while stirring until fragrant.
