Peanut burger snack is a very simple crunchy snack you can make for kids at any time. Some Nigerians sometimes call this snack groundnut burger or coated peanut however, one thing is common, it is simply coated with flour and sugar. You can even make this peanut burger snack for sale, for birthday parties or simply for snacking during lunch hour. One important thing about this peanut burger snack is that you choose to bake it in the oven or simply make it on the stovetop using any your favourite cooking oil.
Peanut snack is a spicy and delicious treat, it is very easy to come by and you will get to see this lot in some mini shops and supermarkets. However, making this tasty snack at home is much better than those store bought ones; in this case you can add your preferred spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla or chilies.
If you have never made this before, I advise you try it at home by starting with a small portion of peanuts first and once youve got it perfect, you can make a large quantity for commercial purpose or for sale.
You can use roasted peanuts or raw peanuts to make this easy snack, but personally I love to use the fried or roasted peanut because it is easy to peel off the back (skin), just in case you dont like your peanuts with the skin as much as I dont.
Here is an easy snack to make with your left over roasted peanuts, and watch the video which will be uploaded soon.
