Beef sauce is one of the easiest sauces to prepare for rice, it is quite similar to this delicious chicken curry sauce I made earlier on and with this tasty shredded chicken sauce. This sauce is the best ever, it is a one-pan sauce made shredded beef and mixed vegetables, easy breakfast, or even dinner that is quite better than taking out. Beef sauce does not only pair well with rice but with spaghetti, and potatoes. One good thing about this easy beef sauce is that you get to eat as much beef as you want.
Soft beef is good for this recipe as you don’t need the most expensive cut of beef. If you are using the regular Nigerian beef you may want to hit it a little bit to soften it if it appears too tough, you can as well boil the beef for a while or use a beef tenderizer to soften it.
I found out that it is easier to cut the beef into thin strips while it is still frozen than after it has completely thawed, in this case, I had to leave the beef on the counter to thaw for a while before cutting.
This recipe is quite easy to make at home, you get to enjoy all the crunch and colors from different vegetables, you can also switch things around or make use of your own choice of seasonings and veggies. Here is an easy beef sauce with mix vegetables, you should try preparing this for your family and also check out how to make beef sauce on the video above for easy explanation.
